Portal tip of the day: GUID in KM transports

It is unlikely that you have used GUID check-box if you’ve not worked on web page composer transports. In regular KM ICE package, we never use this check-box while transporting the content.

This check-box is used for tranporting Globally Unique Identifyers of the web composer objects from one system to another.

Tip: If you want to export the GUIDs (Globally Unique Identifiers) for the objects from one system to another, select the GUID parameter. The transfer of the GUIDs is necessary when transporting Web content that was created in Web Page Composer.
